Fireproof composite air duct integrates metal layer, heat insulation layer and reinforced layer as one fire-resistant air duct. While meeting the requirements of the standard fire resistance limit, the metal composite air duct realizes integrated installation, which is suitable for all smoke control and exhaust systems to replace the metal air duct cladding system. Refer to GB51251-2017 "Technical Standard for Building Smoke Control and Exhaust System"
1. The smoke control pipe and its connecting parts should be able to ensure its integrity at 280°C for 30 minutes continuously.
2. The vertical smoke exhaust pipe should be set in an independent pipe well, and the fire resistance limit of the smoke exhaust pipe should not be less than 0.5h.
3, the horizontal smoke exhaust pipe should be set in the ceiling, its fire resistance limit should not be less than 0.5h; When it is really difficult, it can be directly set indoors, but the fire resistance limit of the pipeline should not be less than 1.0h.
4. The smoke exhaust pipe set in the ceiling of the corridor and the smoke exhaust pipe passing through the fire protection zone shall have a fire resistance limit of not less than 1.0h, but the fire resistance of the smoke exhaust pipe of the equipment room and the garage shall not be less than 0.5h.
How to do it:
1, double iron sheet +>50mm thick insulation rock wool (volume weight 48Kg/m³), fire resistance limit 0.5h.
2, double iron sheet +≥60mm thick insulation rock wool (bulk weight 64Kg/m³), fire resistance 1.0h(test method refer to JC/T2028-2018).
